Who we are and who runs this site
The Company
This website (https://ideallegal.ai) and the iDeal Legal AI product, including the underlying domain ideallegal.ai, are owned, operated, and exclusively controlled by S&O LEGAL LLC, a limited liability company duly registered and existing under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America (the “Company”).
S&O LEGAL LLC holds all intellectual property rights, trademarks, brand assets, source code, and commercial rights related to the iDeal Legal AI platform, including its web application, marketing website, and Microsoft Word add-in.
The Company builds AI-assisted contract review tooling for in-house legal teams, law firms, and individual lawyers. The product orchestrates multiple state-of-the-art AI models to review contracts against the customer's own legal policy, playbooks and specific terms — fast, private, and on a Zero Data Retention basis.
The Founder
Sergey Ovcharov — Founder & Legal Tech Lead
Sergey brings 15+ years of experience in corporate and contract law, working in-house at technology companies across the EU and US. He built iDeal Legal AI to solve a problem he lived with for years: the tools lawyers use today won't fit how they'll work tomorrow.
